Renewed CDDB query of a CD?
Question: I have got a CD which was
not found in the CDDB database. If I insert the CD again, the CD is not queried
again. Is this an error?
Answer: Renewed query on a CD in
the near future does not make sense and just creates an unnecessary network transfer,
so in Feurio! you can set that a CD which has not been recognized is "Blocked"
for a certain time, i.e. can not be queried again. The "off-time" can be entered
under: Menu: "CDDB database", entry: "CDDB-Online database", "Renewed query of
unknown CDs not for: XX days". If you enter the value "0" here, then every time
the CD is inserted a new query is carried out.
