Display of recorder buffer capacity status while burning:

Question: While simulating, the capacity status of the recorder buffer is shown (if supported by the writer). Why not when burning?
Answer: To read the capacity status of the recorder buffer, Feurio!® regularly has to send an additional command to the CD writer. This command of course puts additional load on the SCSI-BUS. In a "critical" situation exactly this delay caused by this additional command could make the difference between a successful recording and buffer underrun. This is why the display of the recorder buffer capacity status can be switched off during burning:
By setting/resetting the switch "Display recorder buffer display during burning process" in the parameter dialog, the display of the recorder buffer can also be activated or deactivated during the burning process.
