I have lost my registration code!

Question:
I have lost my Feurio! registration code - can you give me a new code?

Answer: Unfortunately a large number of Feurio!® Users seem to be rather negligent with their codes - recently we have been getting a LARGE number of queries from users who have lost their codes. So far we have always found the codes in the database again and have re-sent them.
Unfortunately 3 factors have forced us to stop doing this:
a) Searching for the code takes quite a bit of effort - in particular often e.g. the e-mail address has changed or other details have changed so that several queries were necessary before the code could be found.
b) Feurio!® Codes are also sold by other dealers (Ahead, ShareIt, ..) - we don't get all the customer info from them and are thus not able to look for the code.
c) RECENTLY THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO MISUSE THIS!
It seems to have got around that we re-send registration codes no problem (even though in the registration we expressly draw attention to the fact that we will NOT re-send the code).
So quite a few people got the idea to try and see if they could "sneak" a code for themselves by just stating that they registered for Feurio! a long time ago.
AS we then searched for the name for along time, this was twice as much work for us.


If in an individual case someone loses their code, we wouldn't have a problem looking for the code. But as already said, recently we have been getting several mails A DAY in which users ask us to re-send their code (among which are unfortunately some false mails). It is just getting to be too much work!

So we have decided on a new method for handling this:


RESENDING A CODE
If you have got Internet access, call up the URL http://www.feurio.com/English/Register/registercodelost.shtml- via this page you can have your code re-sent free of charge!
IF you do not have internet access, then unfortunately we will have to charge you a handling fee of DM 10 for the code to be sent to you manually.

e-sending a code:
A)(If you received the code directly from us Fangmeier Systemprogrammieurng) or from ShareIt (Element 5-AG) (or if you registered the CD you got from a shop directly using our Website)
As mentioned above, we are forced to charge a handling fee of DM 10 to find the code again and send it to you.
Please send us 10 DM in cash /postage stamps to:

You MUST include:
  • "RE-SENDING THE FEURIO! LICENSE CODE"
  • your address (+ if possible e-mail) to which the code was issued (i.e. your address at t he time the order was placed)
  • approx. date of order
  • if changed: new address + new e-mail
  • Way you want the code sent: Fax, letter post or e-mail.
