1.31: Feurio! CD-Writer: - Translation
of Help-Files (nearly) finished
With this version, the translation of the English help-files is finished!
Because the translation has been done by external translators, it is possible
that sometime the help-files are not totally correct or that the help-files might
not exactly match the dialog-boxes. If you find some errors in the help-files:

- Writer settings:
On account of some special requirements a new menu ("Settings") has been added
to the "Writer properties" dialog. At the moment some special settings for the
writer can be made, e. g. "Power calibration" and "Ignore ATIP information" can
be activated/ deactivated.
- Re-scan SCSI bus implemented:
The command "Re-scan SCSI bus" has been added to the menu "Extras"; this command
is used to re-scan the SCSI bus (normally the SCSI bus is only scanned during
the boot sequence, now you can scan the SCSI bus any time you like)
- Erase CD-RW dialog enhanced:
Two new switches have been added to the "Erase CD-RW" dialog!
Eject CD: The CD-R will automatically be ejected after erasing is finished.
Show ready dialog: Now you can disable the appearance of the ready dialog ("Erasing
CD-RW finished") if you like.
- "Intelligent" handling of CD-RWs:
If a write process is started and a CD-RW that is not empty is inserted in the
CD-Writer, Feurio!® asks if the CD-RW is to be erased and starts the write
process right after the CD-RW is erased (of course only if you agreed to erase
the CD-RW)!
- New CD-Writers:

This driver is supported without guarantee. Unfortunately Sanyo did not manage
to make documentation and a test model available to us, despite being asked to
do so. Due to lack of support from the manufacturer we cannot guarantee that
it will work correctly with Feurio!®. At the moment we strongly advise you
against buying this writer when using Feurio!®!

- Odds and ends:
Log display improved:
The log display can now be filtered for a certain writer and /or a certain write
speed.
- Error corrections:
ERROR IN BUFFER MANAGEMENT WHEN BURNING WITH SEVERAL WRITERS (Feurio! Professional)
This error ONLY concerns synchronous burning with several writers (Feurio! Professional).
Unfortunately an error crept into the complex buffer management when doing synchronous
burning with several CD-Writers. This error only occurred under very specific
circumstances. In some cases program memory areas had been overwritten which
have caused most different effects. In one case the program has crashed, in another
case faults have been written to CD and in a 3rd case even the registration code
of Feurio!® has been damaged, so a (false) "Pirate copy" warning appeared.
As mentioned this error only occurs very rarely under very specific circumstances,
nevertheless we HIGHLY recommend ALL users of Feurio!® Professional not to
use version 1.30 any longer!
CD-Text with HP8200i:
In the past there have been several problems with burning CD-Text CDs with the
Hewlett-Packard 8200i. The problems were (and still are) explained by a bug in
the Hewlett Packard 8200i firmware. HP has now provided a work-around for this
error, so burning CD-Text CDs with the HP 8200i should work fine with Feurio!®
from now on.
Erase CD-RWs with SONY CRX100/ HP8100:
With the CD-Writers Sony CRX 100 and HP 8100 (ONLY these models, not the successor
models) and with certain firmware revisions, erasing CD-RWs didnt work correctly
-> fixed.
Driver Yamaha CDR 100/102 and SAF CD-R820 fixed:
Unfortunately an error has crept into the Yamaha CDR100/102 and SAF CD-R820 drivers
(at the end of a recording the error message: "Command Sequence Error" appeared)
-> Fixed. This is a kind of error that occurs if we are not provided with
a writer for testing!
Delete image if error while building image:
If the error "Error in CD structure" occurred while building a CD image, the
incomplete image file was not deleted, so at the next start of the Feurio!®
CD-Manager the message "Found unknown file" appeared -> fixed.
Burning with 1x in "DeviceIOControl-Mode:
Burning with single speed sometimes didnt work correctly when mode "DeviceIOControl
(Windows NT) was selected -> Fixed
